Processes: Facilitation of workshops or individual meetings to map and optimise the processes in HR and processes affecting other functions, and preparation of process descriptions and work instructions (SOPs)

- Leadership: As interim leader in HR, I provide leadership to your HR colleagues
- Sparring and advice: As interim HR Business Partner or external advisor, your leaders will have a sparring partner and advisor in HR matters such as e.g. talent attraction and -management, succession planning, employee and leadership development, employer branding and much more
